1. Booking and Payments

When you book a kitesurfing lesson, accommodation, or tour package through our website or direct channels:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.
• Payments must be made through our authorized payment gateways or as specified during the booking process.
• Prices are listed in USD/LKR and are subject to change based on seasonal rates and availability.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. Our standard cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellations 14 days or more before arrival: Full refund minus any administrative or bank processing fees.
• Cancellations within 7-13 days of arrival: 50% refund of the total booking amount.
• Cancellations less than 7 days or No-Show: No refund will be issued.
• Weather Disruption: Kitesurfing is highly dependent on wind conditions. If lessons cannot take place due to insufficient wind, we will attempt to reschedule, or offer alternative activities/refunds for unutilized lesson hours.

3. Safety and Liability Waiver

Kitesurfing is an extreme sport that carries inherent risks. By booking a session with Kiters Heaven:

• You acknowledge that you are in good physical health and possess basic swimming abilities.
• You agree to follow all safety protocols, instructions, and commands given by our certified instructors at all times.
• Kiters Heaven, its staff, and instructors will not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property sustained during activities.

4. Equipment Rental

If you are renting kitesurfing equipment from us:

• You are responsible for checking the equipment before heading into the lagoon/sea.
• Any major damage caused to the equipment due to negligence, reckless behavior, or failure to follow instructions will be charged to the client at standard repair/replacement costs.

5. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, Kiters Heaven and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Kiters Heaven for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the website after changes are posted, you agree to be bound by the updated terms.
